“ I will give it 4 stars but I really can't say for sure how the food is now. I am just here for nostalgia reason. I was looking at Toulon remembering when I lived there back in 1999 to 2000 while my US Navy ship was at the shipyard there. My friends and I ate here a lot. The food was really good and I remember the fish in the floor (don't know if they still have that) It left a lasting memory on me though if I still remember it 22 years later. :) ”
